Disgusting dirty smelly car .
The smell of cigarettes was overpowering and the general state of the car was very poor .was charged £5 to travel 1 mile .

On my first occasion using this company I got a car to the pub one evening and left my reading glasses on the passenger seat and the driver drove away. I didn't even know I had left them behind until the driver called back to the pub and returned them to me. Many thanks and I'll be using this company from now on????????????

Absolutely disgusting company. I booked a taxi for 9am in the morning and it never showed up. Called them back and the guy on the phone was so rude and put the phone down on me, which made me have to walk to work. Then at 3pm I am getting notifications of a taxi coming that I never even booked. The driver called and i tried to explain the miscommunication that must of happened and he too put the phone down on me. I used to use this service all the time. I will never use them again. Disgusting behaviour and horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give NO stars I would

I used to use Skyway Cars a lot until a couple of incidents that completely put me off. On one occasion I ordered a cab to be picked up from Silver Street/ the entrance of the mall. The driver apparently didn’t have a clue where this was and eventually had to send another driver to find me! I was standing in the cold for almost an hour waiting! On another occasion I was in a rush for work and ordered a cab to get to the train station which was literally 0.5 miles away and straight down the bottom of the road. The driver charged me double the amount it would usually cost to get to the other side of town. I’m sure the few extra quid they got from me was worth losing a regular customer

Some cars are a bit scruffy, dusty or smelly but the drivers are all friendly and helpful. They are usually accurate with their time estimates for pickups and quick to get to me. Lately they have been the most reliable company for my needs.

Shittest service, driver took longer than 30 minutes for no reason and made me late for work. Overcharged me by £1.50 (usually a £6.50 or £7 journey) Also wasn't wearing his seat belt. Won't be using again and will be telling my friends to boycott them as well.

Waited 25 minutes this evening then had to pay time and a half I have used for 25 years always had loads of cars available but not tonight! I shall be looking at alternatives cheers
