Went here fishing at low tide on the beach and to be honest fishing was rubbish but it can be good. Nice bit of beach with good views but gets muddy near the waterline so not ideal for a day on the beach sunbathing. The promenade is very pleasant but you need to watch out for bikes.

Love New Brighton always have. Visited as a child, then when I had my son I took him. Lots of places to eat, miniature golf, soft play place, supermarket, other shops, Floral Pavilion, The palace which has been there since I was a child, arcade games, fairground rides. There is a wonderful cafe called The Waiting Room on Victoria road, breakfasts, sandwiches, cream tea, afternoon tea, hot and cold drinks. All cakes are home made, scones are to die for. Look the cafe up and pay it a visit, you won't be sorry and will return ????

I'll be honest I didn't even notice this statue but did enjoy looking at the wind turbines out at sea and various dogs having the best day of their life on the beach. Weirdly a large amount of cannabis aroma around, it was eurovision weekend so maybe the Netherlands crew had come in hard that weekend. I don't know that for sure though.

New Brighton has been my home for six years. One of the best decisions of my life was moving here. I can walk to pubs, restaurants, a supermarket, The Floral Pavilion Theatre, New Brighton railway station and of course the beach! There is also a fabulous wide prom you can walk or cycle along for miles. Walk around to the Mersey side of New Brighton and get the best views of Liverpool that the people of Liverpool never see...unless they come here of course. Free weekend summer concerts in the bandstand in Vale Park the list just goes on. I love it!

Love this place. Plenty of shops, and food places. Lots of open air walks along the beach or promenade. Great parking for camper vans, with open spaces for children and dogs

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
This thing has blighted New Brighton for years on the most tenuous of connections with the town. May as well have a sausage to commemorative all the great chippies in town.

Plenty of things to do in New Brighton.In
summer it is very busy.Still very busy even now we are approaching winter.
