I got my surma from here but from the branch downstairs ..it was damaged upon opening and when I asked the shop keeper to change it he told me to take my money back and won't replace it as I was opening and cheking the damaged part for the new ones I attach the pic so whoever wants to buy this kindly check the surmadani before u leave the shop as it gets damaged due to very tight closing ..worse experience with the staff
