I called for orange print paper which I had purchased there before and the assistant said I couldn't have bought it there as they had NEVER sold that colour paper. I returned the day after with the original wrapping and their logo on and she then said it must have been at least 10 years before or she would have recalled it. As I am required to keep business records I still have the receipt from 2019 but I can't be bothered to go back again and be insulted and constantly argue the facts with a shop
assistant with zero customer service skills.
So much for trying to support local shops, I will use Amazon in future.

I purchased the wrong ink cartridges recently, however the lady in the shop swapped them straight away for the correct ones even though I had opened the wrong ones. Very helpful and a great service. Will definitely return

I have only use the cash for clothes service and it is top notch.
Service with a smile.... Friendly, competitive pricing, Much better than other local cash4clothes shops.
Highly recommend.
