Very bright and professional surroundings. Staff very personable giving an attentive but relaxing atmosphere. Appointment went very smoothly from check in to check out and was able to obtain relevant information regarding the treatment I was looking to have, so much so I felt confident to book it.

I've had 6 of 8 sessions so far with at least 80% hair reduction. Gone from shaving every other day to every few weeks. I've had Rebecca for laser several times and again today and she is so patient when it gets to sensitive areas and reassuring and makes you feel at ease. All the other girls are amazing too. Thank you all!

Really lovely staff. I was seen by Rebecca and she was very kind and understanding. She gave me great advice and reassurance. I was given a clear idea of what my treatment may look like.
Ofcourse this is private treatment so its not cheap, so going to see how it goes. Would recommend, wished I knew about this sooner.

The first & second appointment I had were great and very thorough. The third appointment I felt rushed. I had told the therapist at my 3rd appointment that I was going away in 48 hours but on a business trip & I wouldn’t be sat in the sun, I would be indoors and wearing trousers as per our company uniform. Unfortunately she wouldn’t laser my legs as I was going away which was annoying as I now have to have an extra appointment tagged on to the end of my treatment. I understand the safety concerns but I wasn’t going on a sunbathing holiday just a work trip to a warm country.

Went for a consultation and struggled to park and find them so was running late. The girl on reception was quite rude about whether they could still fit me in. When the consultation started the practitioner asked a few questions but didn’t talk much about the procedure or check my skin just went straight to the prices, which even with a discount were still really expensive. Luckily I’d researched so know this can be done much cheaper and honestly I didn’t have much confidence in the staff I saw while I was there. Oh and still waiting for me deposit back

I arrived on time for my consultation appointment. I was kept waiting at the desk for a good few minutes whilst the staff had a nice chat out the back. I waited about 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by the consultant. No explanation was given for the delay. During the consultation, I was asked about how I would like the lip and cheek filler to look. When I explained this, (nothing drastic mind you) the consultant dismissed what I wanted and said she would do something totally different to the corners of my mouth because it looked 'sad'!!!!! If I looked sad it was only because I paid out £50 for a service which was less than satisfactory.
I had previously used SK:N at James Cook hospital and was pleased with the service, however, I won't be returning.
I subsequently went elsewhere and had the lip and cheek fillers done and am over the moon with the results.
