The atmosphere was relaxing. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We found our room was spacious and pleasantly fresh and clean in decor. Our breakfast was experience was an easy self help option, with a good variety on offer. The staff in this area were busy making certain that everything was topped up and the area was 100 percent clean and tidy.

Stayed here ti watch a concert near by. The room was very small, I did not expect this as I have used family rooms at IHG elsewhere. As a double room it would have been fine but with the sofa bed we had to turn sideways to walk past to get to our bed....it was very tight!
Bathroom was also very small, the shower was very small and costrophobic.
Breakfast was good value- the room was well priced fir a family of 4 but my usual breaky complaint is no hash brown, only scrabble egg and no tomatoe.
Good overall value and bed was comfy

Flew into Glasgow with two connecting flights delayed, ended up arriving at 1:30am. The check in desk, a man and a woman were wonderful. So kind. I told them I was up for 24 hrs and they gave me a late check out for 1pm the next day. Not sure they are able to do that for everyone but they didn’t need the room the next day. When I was unable to get into the room because of the hatch lock, they quickly gave me a new room and a free drink from the snack area. I was so incredibly thankful. The room was great and clean. The free breakfast was yummy, with the staff being very good about keeping the buffet area clean and full and the dining area clean consistently. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thanks for your hospitality!

After a long day of travel, it was pleasant to have short walk to the hotel from airport and then have free parking after the rental car pickup while waiting on friends' arrival the next day. Room was laid out well and ready with good air conditioning. Staff, Service, Bar and Breakfast were perfectly nice and easy.

Ten out of ten for this hotel. Comfortable bed,nice clean room and shower room/ toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities. Staff all friendly and helpful. Steph duty manager, Megan and colured guy taking food and drinks orders also waitress. Complimentary breakfast was brilliant made by Marie and Alison. Self service buffet but always being topped up. Very modern coffee machines. With lots of tasty coffee’s. Their sausages were brilliant.
I would definitely stay here again when flying from Glasgow. I had a fly and stay package which was very good value for money. You could also add on extra parking days if not enough in package.
Room was a bit cold but reception supplied us with a portable heater so problem solved.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel as part of a park-fly- stay package.
Arriving in the early hours there was some initial confusion regarding the booking at the check in desk - the member of staff insisting it was booked for April, it was booked IN April for a May visit, then it appears that the room booking when found under the reference number had been allocated to another party.
Nevertheless once this was all resolved the rest of the experience was absolutely fine.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and what is expected in a budget level hotel.
The breakfast was excellent well cooked and presented with a good variety of items - cooked , continental, plus cereals. Coffee teas and fruit juices were perfectly fine too.
The staff took great pride in keeping the restaurant area clean and tidy and replenished the breakfast items regularly.
One particular situation I saw showed the care and consideration for the guests was when a little child wanted a boiled egg, the staff quickly arranged for this to be provided and made great effort when presenting this to the child with a 'special spoon' for her egg and a plate for the soldiers ????
A good place to stopover when using the airport.

This hotel is always my first choice when I stay in Glasgow and with good reason. It's always a 10 out of 10.
This visit -3June 2023- and the one before was even better.
I turned up on both occasions at 08:00 requesting to check in. Sure, most of the guests from the night before would not even have risen. Step forward Fiona. She was lovely, great patience, empathy and calmness exuded from her. She advised me to have a cup of tea and that She would get me a room as soon as one became available. She did just that. I got a room????.Exceptional customer care from Fiona. Big thanks from me to her.

The Holiday Inn Express is extremely convenient to the airport facilities. It is a few minutes walk to the airport. The hotel was clean and offered everything a traveler would need. Reception was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Would highly recommend for a stay near the Glasgow Airport.
