The treatment my family and I received from this company after the heartbreaking loss of our Mum was APPALLING!!!!
We had paid £3,395 for a stairlift that Mum had used for less than 2 months!!!
The engineer that fitted our stairlift was a GREAT guy …. which is why it was such a SHOCK when I was told by Rebecca during my first call to the store after Mum’s passing that ABLEWORLD “don’t and won’t buy back!!!”
It went from bad to worse after that & she eventually put the phone down on me!!!!
Her manner upset me so much that I complained to Head Office!!!
We are a very warm, kind, polite family who NEVER fall out with anyone!!!!!
We had just lost our Mum and ABLEWORLD were SHOCKING!!!!!
Please do not buy ur elderly parents a chairlift from these people!!!!!
They do NOT keep their promises!!!!!
They do NOT buy back!!!!!

I had a problem putting the Scooter together just recently and again the Staff came up trumps they fixed the problem that I had created well done guys Thankyou
