A lovely modern airport with a touch of traditional heritage mixed together.
The gates are was easy to find and lots of restaurants to refill our hungry stomach.
The only area for improvement I would suggest is provide hot water/ warm water for people to drink and to make babies formula.
The restaurant charges for hot water for the baby milk. Cold water drinking fountain isn’t everywhere.
Staff were very friendly from the immigration, toilet staff, cleaning staff, terminals manager all were very friendly

best way to reach airport, check in here with your baggage.use the valuable service of RTA bus .A1 bus are going to airport every 45 minutes frequently @ 04 dirhams.

Good place to deposit your luggage within 24 hours before flight but five hours (5) before you fly from Abu Dhabi airport. Evenings is usually very crowdy but there are about 5 staffs clearing and handing the boarding pass. I like this place. You pay AED 30 for depositing the luggage. If you have torn bag, they will not accept it and will ask you to wrap it in a shop there to make money. Be careful! Not all airliners are represented here, check with City Terminal before heading to them.

Excellent service. One can check in their luggage and get a boarding pass 24 hours before flight departure. Even get a boarding pass and available free shuttle service to Airport. Wish they have at leadt one more centers in Abu Dhabi. This one gets too crowded, specially in holiday season. Thank you Etihad and Abu Dhabi Airport.

A helpful service from abudhabi airport for downtowners.you can check in from this terminal and drop your legages.a sevice charge of 30 aed need to pay for this sevice and they are only accepting credit/debitcards.only etihad users can check in and drope legages between 24 hrs and 4hrs of journey.for non etihad users 12 hrs and 4hrs.basicaly start from after 9 AM.

Best facility for travelling from Abu Dhabi International Airport travellers,
Passengers Check in from 24 hours in advance.
Avoid crowds at the airport, check in your baggage and receive your boarding pass in advance of your flight at one of our city check-in facilities.
This service is offered for a fee, payable by credit/debit card at the time of check-in. City check-in is available for all Etihad-operated flights, and partner airlines Jet Airways, Alitalia, Air Serbia and Air Seychelles.

Check-in from these locations is unavailable for the following guests:

Guests travelling on direct flights to the USA from Abu Dhabi
Guests with reduced mobility (wheelchair assistance)

For check in - Only one "passenger" need to go there with all luggage, if a single ticket contains many passengers. You can leave kids at home and get boarding pass for all, and go directly to airport.
