One staff member, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my banking needs were met efficiently and with remarkable attention to detail. I want to express my gratitude to Emad, Bu Fares, for his exceptional customer service skills and dedication to his job. Despite the fact that my request usually takes time to complete, Emad handled it swiftly and with great efficiency and professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with the ADIB business Branch and I must say, their service exceeded all my expectations.

I was greeted by a warm and welcoming from Emad - Bu Faris, who was genuinely interested in assisting me with my banking needs. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Emad listened to my queries and provided me with clear and concise explanations, ensuring that I understood all the details to open a business account.

Adib Egypt is a very big joke!!!!!!
I have a rejected transaction to saving acount without any reasonable justification almost 2 months now,since then i am suffering with their customer service to find out what was the reason of rejection without any proper answer or proper action to solve the problem.
They have no process,no commitment,no discipline,they are disrespecting their customers.
I am strictly advising not to use this hopeless bank.
My experience with them is very bad , harmful and big time wasting.
If i can give a big zero 000 as a review rating i would do it without any hesitation.

Counter no 3 Staff is very lazy to help the costumers to withdraw the cheque there is still time 45min to close the bank also
