I’ll recommend this branch for everyone due to good customer service specially Mr Saad Mohammed for his support, we were having some difficulties with the ATM machine and he came himself to assist us thanks very much.

One of the largest Islamic banks in the world. You can open a account with Sheria Complaint. Staffs were ok .

Waited for more than 1 and half hour for calling the token number. Very disappointing experience. Only two counters and that too taking a huge waiting time , with only 5 tokens ahead. The counters are not efficient and customers like me have to wait nearly 2 hours which is not acceptable.

What a pathetic service. Whole staff was busy in their personal calls doesn't matter if there are customers waiting. After a long wait my token came at 6 nom counter. The staff there was like that he is Soo sick of his job don't want to speak. He just gave me false information and just wanted to leave me asap so he could go back to his personal call.

Can I just say that the Manager of this branch is outstanding? He is approaching all customers no matter what ethnicity you are and offering water or coffee to everyone. Never seen a bank personnel let alone a manager do this. Kudos.
