Claudia was so helpful and knowledgable when helping us book a 30th birthday trip to New York.
There was information we would never have realised until closer the time of our holiday If we hadn’t have come into TUI Coventry.

Glad to of had the stress of booking at home taken away from us.
Old school face to face travel agents are still so useful and not to be underrated when looking to book a holiday!

Claudia sorted our holiday out for us quickly and efficiently. She made sure that we were aware of everything and gave us personal recommendations of places she had visited. Really friendly and happy to answer any (lots) of questions we asked about travelling with a baby.

I have spoken with Jess a couple of times and she is very professional and helpful. A credit to your store! She has also helped my auntie with a couple of questions regarding her holiday to the Dominican Republic and she has gone above and beyond to ensure we all have the right information. Thanks Jess :)

Visited the office today to book a package for Gran Canaria and got to say Tara was fantastic and made the process so much easier than we expected. So far so good let's hope TUI continues to deliver this kind of service when we are away.

Very good service.
We spoke to Gemma, Sarah and Tara about our booking and they were all amazing.
Even brought some colouring out for the kids to do while we asked lots of questions. Tara gave us lots of information on our destination.
Really happy with the service we received.
