Yas Mall Location :

Got there at 9:32 pm and I was not accepted. Told we only accept from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm.
I made a humble requested as a health care worker if there is any possibility to make an exception as I was the only one denied acceptance. Answer was NO.

Next morning got there at 9:25 am and I was told by a staff a member we can’t start until 10 am.
Very unprofessional and poor staff behavior.
Timings should be clearly advertised at the reception.

Really bad customer service!! Feel the money I spent on my mother's consultation was a waste of money by all means. We have requested on 09/05/2022 for all the medical reports of my mother to be sent to our email, after paying an amount of AED 840.00 for a private consultation. The receptionist reassure that she will send everything to our email; 3 months passed and nothing was sent not even a follow up call or email. We had to call back and asked the status of our request and surprisingly they mentioned that we had to sign a consent before they can release any information. Can you believe that after 3 months we got to know this??!! When at the beginning of our consultation they made my mother sign so many papers and nobody dare to say anything after we have requested personally at the reception to send the reports to our email. After many calls and my dissatisfaction of service, we agreed to sign the consent over the day I come to pick up the physical reports reassuring me every time that everything is ready. I still accept their proposal and agreed to do what it was more convenient for both. By more surprise and so upsetting, I come today and Elsa which I have spoken so many times over the phone and still reassure me that everything is ready…while I am signing the consent she tells me that the reports are not ready because the doctor was on leave and he just came today??!! Please what kind of service is this!! You are a medical provider who deals with people of different types of medical conditions which relies on true facts. So there is no written report from the doctor after 3 months?! Plus you lie to me telling me everything is ready just for me to come a sign a paper. This is really unacceptable and I request please a call back from higher management!

I did a covid test from Yas clinic, Yas Mall on 8th December. The encoder charged me twice saying there was an error the first time. I had informed her that I have been charged twice already as I received the msg from my bank saying that the first transaction was successfully deducted. I had spoken to the supervisor lady on the shift she had informed to come back any day during her shift to do another PCR.

Everytime I go back the same supervisor is not on shift and the other supervisors are unable to help except take my name, contact and bank number to confirm the double charges and check my transaction message and confirm that I was indeed charged twice.
They tell me I will be given a call and I can come back to do my pcr but it's going to be 2 months now and nobody has been able to help me resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed that even the call center just asks u to email and nobody really cares about a small issue that can be resolved easily. If you spend your money here be careful as they will not refund or do another pcr if they have charged you twice

Very late results and sometimes you won’t receive it at all seriously. I’ve experienced it 3 times. Employees are incompetent for work. Their work ethics are very irresponsible. Some of them wheres normal shirts at night and there’s no PPE’s. And when they swab you, it does not even goes deep enough. Sometimes i think is that really how swab works? Just a minor swab and go. I’m sorry but Its very disappointing.

Really very bad experience. I had a PCR test yesterday and kindly asked for urgent delivery of the results because in need to take a flight 36 hours later. I was assured the results would have been delivered well on time but unfortunately this wasn’t the case and I missed the flight. What it really disgusted me it was the fact that I tried many many times over the day to call the ADSCC number and NEVER somebody replied. On the web it’s said this is 24/7 operational but simply this is not true. Very poor service!

It’s been more than 50 hours since I’ve gotten a pcr test at Al Nahyan Camp tent. Still no result. This is appalling and absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. If you are unable to process a large number of tests, do not offer tests. Simple. On top of all that, all phone lines are closed and no one responds.

Yas Mall PCR results took 29 hours!!!!!! We missed our flight TWICE because of this. They told me the results will come within 24 hours????????????????????DO NOT GO TO ADSCC YAS MALL IF TRAVELING, IN FACT DON’T GO THERE! On top of that, worst customer service I have ever experienced

PCR result for my mom didn’t update on Al Hosn. After complaining, they kept redirecting us to one or another call center. Exhausted, on next PCR we told the problem at the counter and yet again same thing happened. They have no proper channel to address such issues & you are left at pure luck to get someone helpful once in a while who can sort it out for you!
