they never bother delivering my parcels and if i ever miss a delivery they dont leave a card. theyve also said “attempted delivery” multiple times when nobody knocked on the door. i am disabled i shouldnt have to go out of my way to go to the royal mail office without any confirmation my package is there. at least get a phone number or something so customers can check if you have missing packages.

Waited in all day for a special delivery parcel to be here by 1pm and as of 7.30pm nothing has arrived. Yet another totally pathetic service by royal mail and they wonder why they're losing money hand over fist. Most unreliable service put there............

I have yet again waited for delivery that was meant to arrive between 09:00-15:14 and nothing has arrived! This is the most unreliable post service going. Every time I order something and it says being delivered by Royal Mail, I know it’s not coming that day! Utter waste of time!

Never knock on the door, just leave a card even when I'm home. Paid for special delivery, wait in all day and they can't be bothered to knock my door ????

I went to collect a parcel on Sunday morning. There was no one else there so was served immediately. Free parking outside too.

Rubbish as I’m having a conversation then they transfere me tk a site that wants to charge tk he’ll find a parcel that Royal Mail delivered to a incorrect adress

Great service, easy communication, very friendly staff, relatively easy access, car park over road or around corner. Not sure why people leave bad reviews for things out of the staff's control

It isn't often that I have to go to the office in Beecroft Road to collect mail etc but on the two occasions I have visited recently the staff have been excellent, especially the lady who is usually behind the desk, she is friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me find a parcel which had been returned to the office because we were not in when it was delivered. She promised to call me the next day to let me know what was happening but then the parcel was delivered at 7.00pm that evening, which I am sure is not usual, The Royal Mail at Cannock have certainly exceeded my expectations.
