I want to thank the wonderful lady bus driver that regularly drives the 321 from New Cross to Sidcup Tesco.
I’ve been lucky enough to get in the bus she drives twice now. Both times, on my journey, I have seen her go above and beyond to show additional kindness to her passengers. Personally helping a 97 year old neighbour safely off her bus and across the road safely.
Waiting for people desperately running for the bus just for that few extra seconds.
It’s so rare and lovely to see that I had to write to you.
I don’t know her name but bus number is YY67UTJ and I was dropped off at the Moghul bus stop in Sidcup at 10.10pm this evening.
If you ever reward your staff for going above and beyond please reward this lovely person! Thank you!

I had no contact with anyone, the only way to get the information was in person. Travelling at 5:30 am for no reason was the worst ????

New cross bus garage is generally quiet during night times. Quick way to connect to central London in cheapest way. New cross stations is just across the bus station. Good for students and working professionals to commute easily for early start or late finishing.

A 24 hour open garage. Everyone in the garage is very friendly and Supportive.So many thing can be learned by going there. Very spacious environment. Personnel of the garage are very knowledgeable about bus mechanical structure. Located in very convenient place. Phone Support is also great. They offer very good service.

If you loose your property on the bus....., fellow passengers will empty your purse before handling in to the driver....
If the driver finds it first you are rest assured it will be handed in in the appropriate manner..

CCTV operates on the bus and covers all angle..Bus driver has more to loose if caught

Passenger's will walk out of the bus with other peoples suitcase and no one can stop them...

Absolutely awful experience for me their expectations are so high. That I have feeling like I have to be the owner of that place. To be able to justify the amount of work I'm expected to do.
