There isn't an awful lot to say about Brimington Wharf. It's the first/final checkpoint on the canal before Tapton Lock (depending on which direction you're walking) and is right next to The Mill pub. It's well maintained like most parts of the canal, and the stones have decorated mosaic tiles which are very pretty. There's a small seat, however there's no rubbish bin. It's also right behind a small industrial area, so there isn't much to see. You can park your car across the road at the Bluebank Pools car park.
