i went to COOP to purchase couple of items and while billing i realised that the the price billed and the price mentioned was not matching. The price is billed higher than mentioned.
When i enquire about the same to the billing guy he was told that the offer is not applicable today for that particular item, if i dont want i can remove the item and bill the other items.
When i checked it was not in offered section it was priced as normal barcode section.
I told to billing person that its not about the price am going to pay, its about the trust i have to COOP.
They didnt took action on that and informed them that i dont want all the items i have purchased because i cant able to keep check the price mentioned on the rack and the billing machine. And i left without taking all the items.
I have wasted 30 minuts to take all the items and left for nothing.
I lost the trust on COOP, even if its mistake by the staff i would have understand the same, but they tried to coverup for reoson and they didnt tried to keep the customer.
I recommned everyone to visit DayMart near there as atleast the price mentioned is guranteed.
