Was OK had a drink b4 the show was up in the gods there was more old folk up stairs so younger ones probably had all lower seats god was high but had a good veiw of stage staff were a tad unhappy looking up there as though ubwas invading there spot when I said I knew where my seat was thanks thay was a bit put out

Brilliant evening seeing a Tom Jones tribute act. Small but very ornate theatre. Lots of steep steps to Upper circle, toilets and bar.

Great Neil Diamond tribute act. Backing band where excellent. Down side how the staff allowed the staggering drunk young lady in the venue sat in front of me seat B1 beggars belief. Other theatre goers were appalled by her behaviour. Left through the second half of the show and came staggering back.

Lovely old theatre, really doesn't matter where your seats are as it's designed really well. It's a jewel in the crown of Wakefield

Been to a couple of shows here. A little scruffy but it definitely adds to the character of the theatre. Very polite staff, fairly priced bar with a decent selection of hot and cold snacks. There is 1 toilet on the lower stalls area which didn’t smell very nice and was very busy.Parking is a bit of an issue, a car park is about a couple of minutes walk away but the meter only takes cash so make sure you have a pocket full of change.

Superb theatre...very welcoming and friendly in-house staff and volunteers...easy to find seats...icecream to buy during the interval...great bar...on one of the main streets, plenty of parking just round the corner, excellent value for money...and a beautiful place to be sat in....

Have visited this theatre many times over the years and every time has been a joy. The building is one of beauty and each visit has impressed me with the wide range of productions. The staff make each visit very enjoyable. Well worth a visit if you get the chance. I

Absolutely superb...friendly and welcoming in-house staff and volunteers....beautiful theatre...accessible toilets+bar...gorgeous icecream on sale...vibrant area and plenty of parking close by...excellent ????
