My visit to the head office of one of the best known banks in Abu Dhabi was a pleasant one, though it was only to use one of the state-of-the-art cash machines. It mirrors my experience in opening an ADCB bank account within just a few minutes, all on the phone. In fact, I've never needed to go to the bank even once yet, since almost everything can be done online. Banking has certainly come a long way! Keep up the good work!

One of the best bank in Abudhabi is ADCB ,though it was only to use one of the state-of-the-art cash machines. It mirrors my experience in opening an ADCB credit card within days, In fact, I've never needed to go to the bank even once yet, since almost everything can be done online. Banking has certainly come a long way! Keep doing fast and easy things to make sure you’re getting your finances straight and doing good.

Worst experienced ever, I got counter 16 appointment I think Indian/Pakistani lady was setting there I wait there 10 minutes she talking in land line, after that when I show interest to open individual account, she not look like happy from that, also told me 100AED charges of monthly cutting, 25/transaction out side country, I say to the lady that other banks normally charge 4AED to out side country transaction she replied me if you have better option go for it, as s bank employee how I will be recommend other bank to some one, very lazy and unprofessional staff I found there, I didn't recommend This Bank

Saturday is open however too many cues and people in line and few staff working..

In the contrary atleast productive and efficient staff should be available as well.

ADCB should be more considerate that weekend like Saturday expects more client also other than weekdays.

Its been 2 hours sitting but never been catered yet..

I visited the main branch on 15July at 9.20 a.m. Bank operating hours from 8 a.m., but only two counters are operational. People are forced to wait for their turn. This is unacceptable

The office design in the car finance area is very bad, with no privacy. Each customer can hear the others.. customers need to speak in turn..

The employees themselves are very cooperative and polite..

I am having issues with ADCB on my credit card payment, i paid the due amount and given them a swift copy, but they have no solution for me.. they cannot assure why they are not receiving the payment and a customer service representative Named Rakesh mention they are not sure if I have to pay interest rate and late payment amount for the payment which I have done already….. very disappointing and not helpful at all.. :(

Appreciate the services provided by Mr.Praveen during our recent banking experience during the beginning of the year. He goes way beyond the expectations to come up with solutions and actions which can lead anyone to feel at ease, which dealing with a banking requirement.
