A lot of wall molds you can see in pictures
I don't advise living here as it's not cheap enough to compensate the bad things here, one guy is handling the role of watchman which very few to find at his place as he needs to collect garbages and other buildings needs.
Parking gate is very narrow which will always causes scratches to cars, any resident can agree and confirm this issue.
Underground parking has no signal for phone connection as it lacks CCTV cameras which if any crime or problem happens nobody will notice.
Elevators are very slow compared with other New buildings.
