One start is the kesst hete but its too much here compared to the services we faces ... Worst property management ever in whole uae , worst customer care , worst maintenance (simplest example, your building may remain years without maintenance company or you may have night time emergency and no one will show up)worst in all money related issues they wanna suck your money out, this is still unfortunately my worst experience even in uae in the last 41 years.

In a nutshell, get away from them and their properties as long as you can.

No courtesy showed by the staff
Maintenance quality zero percent
Any maintenence emergency no way of getting it done before one week
Elevator stopped working from 3 days fed up of doing complaints they don't care at all
Even not noticing for people of determination also

Bad customer service, delay in vacate process, you need to chase them very hard to finish the process of vacating.
The maintenance team didn't send the final inspection report till I visited them in their office and they searched for the report and they discovered that they forgot to send it to vacating dept.

Morever, there is only one person who is doing the vacating process and no one can ever meet him, only you can reach him through the email and guess what! He don't have manger or assistant or office.
You need to send him more than hundreds emails after that maybe one day he will reply you and cancel you contract.

It was really disappointing service.

Terrible experience with ADCP - Avoid renting from them

I had a terrible experience with ADCP when I requested to cancel my contract with them. Despite waiting for one month and four days, I still have not received any response from them. I even visited their head office, but they only redirected me to their contact center, where I was asked to deal with them via email. Unfortunately, nothing has happened so far, and I am still waiting for a response from ADCP.

Their lack of responsiveness and poor customer service show that they do not value their customers, and they are not reliable. Therefore, I would strongly recommend avoiding renting an apartment from ADCP.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with their service and regret choosing ADCP for my housing needs. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable property management company, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I would never recommend this company.
They triple charge you for everything and they hold your deposit and never give it back

Very rude staff they never heard of customer care or Goodwill. Never pick up the phone in Al Ain you will have to visit them again and again and when you go the responsible person is stepped out. When you are leaving the property you will be bombarded with an extortionate amount of bills amounting to thousands. Maintenance will take months to fix things and they will do a very bad job or half complete job as the property will be damaged as a result and so they will charge you more when you are leaving the property. For a door scratch, the maintenance will ask for a door change and a sticker on the window will be considered as a broken window. Make sure you take pictures of everything before you rent as they will blame and bill you for all variations etc done by previous tenants, as you would not be aware of what was already there. If you are late a few days in giving 2 months vacate notice you will have a fine of AED 1000. The worse thing is that banks and maintenance both blame tenants as they don't want to take responsibility for anything and will blame everything on you and try to push you to the limit. Nobody wants to listen in Al Ain branch if you are leaving the property and their decisions are final and no-one will listen to you. In my experience stay away from ADCP properties as I will not recommend them to anyone.
