Very nice and neat building, being of the high rise building in Reem island with 60 floors. Nice and well maintained infrastructure but lacks public parking. Offices in this building has a clear, perfect and iconic scenic view of the island.

Great location and commercial space. Though can have more restaurants and cafes around ib the vicinity of Addax tower.

This place has many offices, an impressive and iconic in stature, the size of the building skyward is mirrored by the grand double height entrance at pedestrian level, giving the tower dominance in Abu Dhabi, try to visit and see it, the weather is very cool you enjoy every minute. Very clean and we'll maintained.

This is a beautiful building in the heart of Reem Island ???? but one problem is this building is too much commercial that they forgot to install atleast one wash basin in any of the rooms.
The only place you can wash your hands is go to the common washroom out side your office door. You cant wash your hands inside your office. Can you imagin ????u200d♂️
Completely different from Abu Dhabi city offices where you will have kitchen atleast.
