I have a mixed experience.
I needed tracking done. Set up for 3pm next day. I came and they couldn't do it for another hour. Came back our later, extra 20 min waiting and they got it done.
Now the good thing is that tracking is ok now but what I didn't like is that they said 25£ day before and when it came to paying the price went up to 30£ "because of vat". I don't care if you have to pay vat or not, as I customer I feel cheated by having been told different pricea. How can I trust them to do a job if I can't trust the price they give me. And tracking it's not a thing where price can radically change.

These guys are really fantastic! I got really stuck in my car this morning, mud in all directions and a bank which meant the car was at risk of flipping over. I was near by and called this garage to see if they could help. He came in 5 minutes, then he had to call another couple of guys and a 4x4. It was tricky, and involved strapping it to a tree then pivoting it back and pulling it out with the 4x4. They were so lovely, funny and never once made me feel bad or awkward. I would absolutely recommend them!

Mike and his mechanics are just amazing. My car need a few jobs to get it through the mot, I was expecting to have to book it in for a later date but he done all the work by the end of the same day and he stayed late into the evening to get it done. I can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Park Road Garage!

Excellent service off all the boys there. Will only take my car there as so nervous when it comes to my car but they have took really good care of it and basically built it up as it was in so poor shape when I had it. And I knew they were brilliant with my other cars. They also do finance to help you out but they are so cheap I haven't had to use it yet. I have told so many people to go there and straight away they found them the best. You always get 100% percent off these boys when they do a job. You won't be disappointed. I would give them more stars if I could but 5 is the limit on here ✨⭐

Words just can’t express how amazing the whole team are here at Park Road Garage.
No job is too much for them, no matter how small! Their customer care standards are exemplary, polite, prompt, reassuring, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Over the past month I have experienced huge issues with my vehicle, none of which were the responsibility of Park Garage, but they’ve gone out of their way to help me. As a result I’ve had quite a bit of time at the garage during which I’ve witnessed first hand their care with customers of all ages, and from varied backgrounds, including lone females like myself. The respect shown to everyone is so utterly refreshing to see and I would definitely recommend it as a safe and trusted place to be.
Not only this but the standard of work and the value for money is extremely competitive in comparison with other garages in the surrounding area.

Special praise for Woody, you’ve looked after me so well, I can’t thank you enough for saving my sanity and supporting me with the issues that were caused by another garage ripping me off..
Your management of the staff there is outstanding too!
Well done 10 out of 10 from me without any hesitation at all!! ????????

What can I say apart from great service from a great bunch of guys,
Will use them for all my car repairs and servicing from now on.

They had my Lexus fixed (multiple problems) on the same day in time for me to sell the car on short notice the following morning. Excellent work, very pleased.
