Customer service is 0. The philipino guy who goes around and supposedly helps people is very lazy and arrogant, I was very angry about how he responded. I felt as if I came to his house without an invitation. What an awful attitude. When I asked for a size, he just pointed at the shoe and left even though I asked for a specific size. But the philipino guy at the counter was very good.

'Buy one and get one free' offer made the place too crowded. Very difficult to look for your choices. Even after the offer price is costlier only. May be only for fanboys!

A few suggestions-
1. Collection could be better
2. Add the card payment system at the second counter to avoid long waiting lines at the only card counter.
3. I understand that the staff are overwhelmed during a sale, but they seem to know very little about the products and don't bother to address our concerns.
I encountered 2 store supervisors during my two visits, and they on the other hand ,were respectful and very helpful.
