Dropped in after work for a relaxing drink. Stayed longer - enjoying the fun, then instead of a planned takeaway, decided on 3 starters from the pub menu. Absolutely delicious! Thoroughly recommended ????

3 of us had the bit of each Sunday roast yesterday, absolutely fantastic meal, lots of it with beautiful vegetables all cooked perfectly. Lots of extra gravy (bonus) without having to ask recommend this. Booking is a good idea, excellent staff, caring and friendly, will definitely visit again

Travelled from Liverpool for an 18th Birthday great night, food was provided by the host and there was a premier inn at the top of the road which was ideal.

First visit for us and using the EOTHO scheme.
Friendly welcome and good covid protocols in place. Limited menu but a good variety of pub classics including some vegan/veggie options.
Food was tasty and portions good. Nothing super amazing but good honest pub grub.
