Can't recommend Lorna enough! looked forward to classes every week throughout pregnancy, they are a wealth of knowledge as well as brilliant for exercise and relaxation. Her techniques helped me so much when it came to pushing! Looking forward to baby yoga in a few weeks.

I’ve attended Lorna’s YogaBellies Mum and Baby class for the last 6 months. I started when my baby girl was just over 7 weeks old and she is now nearly 8 months. It has been an amazing class for both of us. Lorna has created a great community of mums who are so supportive of each other. It’s a great place to connect with other mums and share experiences. My baby girl loved the exercises and seeing other babies. The yoga has helped my recovery massively too. Can’t recommend the class enough. It doesn’t matter if baby cries or sleeps or needs changed or you turn up late - you are always welcome and made to feel reassured that everything is ok! We will miss you Lorna ❤️xx

Thank you so much Lorna for leading us on the most amazing yoga Space Adventure this morning. Our 23 pre-school children absolutely loved it and remained completely engaged throughout???? It was also such a fantastic crosscurricular experience, hitting several areas of the curriculum including: literacy, numeracy, health and well being and expressive arts and science. Thank you so much ????????????

Did Lorna’s mum & baby class for months with my wee boy, we both absolutely loved it. A lovely open and welcoming space to practice yoga and meet other mums with no worry of judgement. My baby started recognising where we were and became really comfortable with Lorna which I loved too. Highly recommend ❤️

I attended yogabellies from when I was 22 weeks pregnant. It was a fantastic class to learn about labour and skills to use during labour such as breathing techniques. Lorna is fantastic, very knowleagable and supportive. It was also great place to meet other mums to be, everyone was welcoming and lovely. Would highly recommend this class if your a first time mum to be.

I attended pregnancy classes run by Lorna and found them really helpful in using breathing techniques and also some great gentle yoga stretches to help with some of those pregnancy aches and pains! Lorna is absolutely fantastic at what she does and the classes are attended by some lovely women all on the same journey together sharing experiences. A lovely little community and I hope to come back and join the mum and baby classes once my little one has arrived! ????

I started doing pregnancy yoga with Lorna at 13wks right up until I was 39wks and loved every class. Not just a great way to connect with your body/stay active during pregnancy but a fantastic network for information. Thanks to Lorna and going to the classes I was able to be empowered and have an amazing positive birth experience. I would
100% recommend to anyone who is pregnant ❤️

We joined Lornas classes when my son was around 4 months old and we have loved going on a Thursday morning. It was great learning little moves to do with him and also stretching myself. We especially enjoyed all the chat with the other mums who were often on the same journey, a lovely little community. Thank you Lorna for giving us advice and being a good listener for any tricky Mum moments!
