no swimming pool, has been broken for more than 8 years. female and elementary dont have this issue. auditorium hasnt been used for years because it is flooded with the rain from 8 years ago. they dont want to fix the school. hallways feel like a prison

Just hired a van 17th May from Enterprise Bishop Auckland. I just done a long 12hr round trip to Aberdeen to pick up a motorbike I've just purchased . The Van I hired didn't miss a beat. Really nice group of people,to deal with and great service. Would use again & thoroughly recommend .Alan ????????

Thank you Aiden, Josh and the rest of the team for sorting me out with a vehicle while mine was in for repair. Friendly staff, nothing was too much, simple and straightforward process. If I need a vehicle in the future I won't hesitate to head straight to Enterprise.

Brilliant service, nothing was a bother. After being in an accident I was provided with a SUV from enterprise through my insurer, this was far too big and was totally different to the Golf I'm used to driving, as expected I wasn't just confident driving it. Aden made sure this was changed to a smaller vehicle which was still too big due to the vehicle class my insurance company had requested, He cleaned a car as I was on site to ensure I had something similar in size to my golf which i feel much better driving. Thankyou Aden!

All good apart from the owners wanting to make even more money by upselling even more insurance which used to be included in the original excess extra cover. Windscreen and tyres now have to have a seperate premium!!
Car was clean and ready to go. Process quick enough.

Swift and efficient and very knowledgeable staff. But I did feel like I was pressured into paying the Additional insurance just to bring the excess down from the 1000's into the 100's. Blindsided there
