Can't speak of the rooms. But the service and food in the restaurant/bar is honestly impressively bad.

Waiters have no clue of who to serve or when. We had two different waiters come to our table and ask if they had the right table.

When our order finally arrived (~45min for 7 people). I don't know where to begin.
The avocado of the Buddha bowl was blacker than my morning coffee. The Angus burger is quite literally, bread, Sallad, burger, bread. No sauce, no nothing.

The Garlic bread for the Macaroni and Cheese was burnt to a crisp. Can you imagine getting burnt bread in a country who's national dish is basically toast? Again, I'm not disappointed, I'm impressed.

If you're just passing by, keep doing just that.

The classic cosy atmosphere of this pub is sure to make anyone feel at home. The traditional decor and family-friendly vibe create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hearty pub food is sure to satisfy any craving, with the Gourmet Angus burger stealing the show. The addition of haggis takes it to the next level, and the fries are the perfect side dish. The mac and cheese is a must-try, with its deliciously creamy cheese and perfect crust on top. And don't forget to sample their own gin, the Vrakie, which is not very aromatic but still a refreshing choice for a warm day. The service was charming, although the wait time for food was a bit longer than expected, especially for a big group of 8 people. However, the apologetic and friendly server made up for the delay. Overall, if you're looking for a classic pub experience with great food and a friendly atmosphere, this is definitely the place to go.

Stopped here for lunch in their quaint bar. Good service and a huge selection on the menu. Spoiled for choice really. Had the Ploughman’s Platter with Chips (French Fries). Excellent choice and probably the best chips in the world!!! Will be back and I can recommend.

One of the most beautiful inn's I've been to. Very old and quaint. We didn't try the food but what we saw being served looked excellent

Did not stay here but visited the pub. Great service from very cute barman. Table service since covid. Atmosphere was great. Real fire burning so really cosy. Dog friendly, great food. Ale of Atholl and Brave heart ale were really good and worth the walk up the hill from Pitlochry.

Came for lunch in the Moulin Inn. 10/10

Good ales, good size portions, and very attentive staff. We ordered the ploughman's and the charcuterie board and left very full and satisfied
