This is very bad and sad, there’s one staff taking care of 9 car at one point. this is very hard on the staff as he is getting scolded for being late. please add more people here to work, they are also human beings too. it is also a waste of petrol for us.

Overall ok, but it's the little things that bother.

1. They're understaffed, so long and slow queues during peak hours.
2. They make mistakes with Adnoc points all the time. I've missed out on points a bunch of times.

I would give them 4 stars but every morning it’s the same thing.

I think they are supposed to start at 6 but they are always late. We have to wait between 10-15 minutes for them to start moving around and it’s one of the very few stations around in this area. It is very frustrating.

Very convenient location and it’s mostly empty so it’s a good option for a quick refill. Only low point is that they only have 98 octane fuel and not special 95

It's busy every time I visit.
Plus people working in the petrol station are creating traffic and confusion. Often bringing people from back of the que to the front.
