The 3 stars are for all the service except car wash. Its a congested petrol station in abudhabi with very less parking for customers. They managed to include fuelling, seastore, oil change and auto car wash in such a small space, it is very hard to park vehicles. When i washed my car they didn't clean well inside. I found dirt on my car mats and doors. I done car wash at night so i couldn't see any dust and dirts inSide but i enter my car next day in the morning i knew they didn't vacum car mats.

The adnoc lube oil changing guy(Mallu) doesn't know how to behave with customers. He thinks we're charging oil for free from him.
Please teach how to behave with customers first otherwise ADNOC you will lose all your customers quickly

Located in a good place, the service is good,it has a ladies washroom too.

This station is good, but space planned not wisely. It is not possible to reach the car wash when few cars are queueing for petrol. It cause the congestion and prolonged waiting time.
However, there is a good side of it, cause wash is not much busy. And good news: the car wash cost 10aed less if you come before 9am!
The staff is good and very friendly

The station is good and staff are well mannered except car washing service attendant, he always not around and his payment machine is always not working and never behave well, the cleaning team are very good but the person in charge is not competent at all

Great customer service even in the heat , attentive and polite assisting me with air filling although he is oil change technician(based on his uniform ). God bless .
