Pathetic service. DON'T GO HERE. Unacceptable attitude of the inspection attendant. I think he was an Egyptian/Sudani (He's in his 50s, a fat-dark guy). He thinks and behaves as the head of the CIDs. He was rude and impolite to clients based on the customer's nationality. He will make sure to prepare an inspection report to spend your money in every possible way on your car. Just avoid this place and avoid to meet him.

It's a good place to inspect your vehicle, the staff are friendly and meet with a smile. There is not much queue and inspection is Quicker. You receive the report as soon as you leave the place. There are separate Queues for Male and Female. The only drawback I found is that they are 4 bays including female and only 3 bays are open. It would be much faster if they opened the 4th bay also.

Worst staff specially Indian and others too. 2 laws for arab and non arab.

Really good place to get your car passed. Not very busy and very quick service. Polite staff.

Weekdays not so busy 6 to 11am. Avoid weekends as there will be only one lane open and will take you about 2 hours. (Saturday 6/3/2021 2:15pm)
