My relative served a takeaway affinitea food and we loved it.

We then tried to dine last night, food was perfect but crew is terrible. It was warm and didn’t even offer a fan even if there were fan available crew is even utilizing a fan.

Wasn’t even offered until i asked. Additional orders even if they are not busy ask us to stand and be on the counter for 1 additional meal.

FOOD: 101%
CUSTOMER SERVICE: LOW ???

I found this cute cafe with lovely interior, just at the back of Sun Sand Hamdan street. The warm interior colours combined with warm and soft cinnamon bites made up my evening as me and my daughter enjoyed them with the sweetness of Kiwi tea and Oreo Bubble tea. The ambiance felt so good for enjoying a lovely evening chat. Martin, the one who made the cinnamon rolls was very friendly and accommodating in suggesting us to try the selections of bubble tea and also some available savory snacks. Totally recommended.

If you are looking for a chill hangout place which serves intricately curated dishes and a wide variety of Milk Teas and refreshing drinks, Affinitea Cafe and Restaurant is definitely worth the try!

I bought Orea Milk Tea with Cream puff because according to them it was best seller. The initial price is 23 AED. But it does not include the pearls yet. You need to add 3 AED for the pearl. So paying for the final price of 26 AED for a 16 oz (small size), I was expecting that it is good. When I tasted it, the pearls are small and not chewy. The milk tea itself is just ok. Compare this to other milk tea shops, I could say this is overrated. 26 AED for a 16 oz is already 22 AED but larger size in Chatime or Bliss Milk Tea. The pearls are even bigger and chewable. Expensive but not really good. Sorry I'm just being honest.

Updated review: very unwelcoming staff. No one greeted us when we get inside. We are already seated for 5mins and no one ever attended or just ask us what we wanted. We feel very uncomfortable in the place for our whole stay. Didn't even said good bye or thank us when we left

Milk tea is good. Tried their honeydew and original flavors. A bit disappointed with the crew though. For the lack of a better word: unenthusiastic. No smile or warm greeting at all. We could have been a bit more understanding if it's a packed house but there's only 5 of us there. They really must work on giving better service.

The green tea NSC was bitter that my sister was unable to drink it so i called them about it. martin was such a sweetheart to investigate what happened and offered to replace it afterwards. surprised to receive a complimentary for what happened.. thank you for the outstanding customer service martin! ☺️

I love the different flavours it offers, especially lychee flavor But i hope the pearl is softer and sweeter.
But all in all good ambiance, kind staff, yummy buffalo wings and milktea.
