The service quality is very good.
All personal are very friendly and welcoming.
Specially workshop supervisor Mr Shady, ,Hamza and Farhan.

They keep me informed and followed up all required work.

Some part took little time to arrive but it is expected. They gave me car and fitted missing parts.
Overall very satisfied with service and follow up.

To be fair , wanted to amend my review to thank Mr. Ahmed El Madi from AG Cars Services LLC for his support to resolve the whole problem and follow up with me till completely closed and even he facilities delivering the car to my location. Car repair quality is very good. Thank you Mr. Ahmed , and really just because of your support I have changed the overall rating from one star to three stars.

Very bad customer service , delay in delivering work and no respect for customers . The worst company ever I dealt with and completely not recommended.

First thank you for contacted me Mr. Ahmed (AG Cars) offering to deliver the car to my location today ( I am waiting ).
Issues are
1- Very long time taken till now (8) days just to make very small repair to the car bumper.
2- During the 8 days , I failed to reach anyone from your company at all numbers shared by insurance company. Only one time get a reply at whatsup.
3- I had a call from your team advising that car is ready for pick up by Saturday 4th Feb. I went on Sun 5th Feb and car was not ready.
4- Informed your customer service representative during my visit yesterday that I will raise a complain . Simple answer was ( NO PROBLEM) !!!!??????

Really disappointed for taking my car here for service. 1st of all they cracked my windshield for which they never took responsibility and asked me to claim for insurance.
When requesting for any part to be changed they say we will contact you sir once we get the price. Even if you follow-up multiple times they just promise by word to call you back but never.
Worst Customer Service and lethargic response towards customers

First time to do service contract maintenance for my car and job was impeccable. Fahim did the great job todo an informed decisions. However I have some issue from my window tinting which not related to services. Thus I give 4 stars.

I want to share my experience with AG CARs services. I was really disappointed with their services specially in delivering parts and lack in customer service. I went to their shop to repair my car and it took 1 week for dent repair. After a week I came back to their shop to take my car and the worst part is I waited for 3 hours just to get my car because they misplace my key despite that they informed me that everything are ready. In addition, until now 1 part of my car that needs to be replaced is pending from their end and currently still waiting for that part. It is almost 3 months now. I had several following up and communication with them if they already have the parts but when i came again its missing and when you call them Hamsa always telling that he will check it and I will call you back but then you will not received any calls from them. I will not recommend this shop to anyone because you will regret the services they have and I don’t want them to experience what i have been through with this shop. Full of lie’s and disappointments.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them for my car's AC issue. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this service center to anyone based on my profoundly disappointing encounter. The lack of experienced technicians, poor customer service, and an extended repair duration have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

First and foremost, the most glaring issue with them was the absence of competent and skilled technicians. Despite leaving my car in their care for many times, they failed to diagnose the exact problem with my AC and, even worse, were unable to resolve the issue entirely. This demonstrated a severe lack of expertise and proficiency within their technical staff, leaving me with an unresolved problem and wasted time.

Moreover, the customer service was abysmal. Throughout the entire duration of my car's stay, I was met with apathy, indifference, and a distinct lack of communication. It was nearly impossible to obtain updates on the progress of the repairs, and when I did manage to reach out, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. This lack of customer-centricity only compounded my frustration and made the whole experience more unbearable.

Additionally, the duration of the repairs was completely unacceptable. A one-month wait to address an AC issue is excessive by any standards. It not only inconvenienced me but also reflected a lack of organization and efficiency within the service center. The fact that they couldn't even pinpoint the exact problem after such a lengthy period speaks volumes about their incompetence.

In summary, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. The absence of experienced technicians, customer service, and an excruciatingly long repair period have led me to strongly discourage anyone from utilizing their services. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable and customer-oriented car service center to ensure your vehicle receives the attention it deserves..

My wife’s car was dropped for minor rear bumper repair. Once reached home, splash guard is missing. Athiq Rehman, return the missing part and stop lying shouting to any of your other customer.

Very poor experience in AG Car Services. Customer assistant is good but Car Service not as per expectation. I will not suggest to go there. I paid 200 for car clean this also worst than outsides shop who is giving the clean better than AG car in 30 aed.
