As a customer, you deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. It's clear that AG Hotel failed to provide this level of service, and I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that no other guest has to endure such a negative experience.
Denying access to basic facilities, such as a toilet, without payment for services is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's important for hotel staff to understand that their primary responsibility is to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, and that includes access to basic amenities.
No one should be treated with disrespect and prejudice, regardless of their profession or background as done by the security in charge.
Guests should never be subjected to such treatment, and it's important for hotels to ensure that their staff understands the importance of providing excellent service and treating guests with respect.

Being a frequent business traveller, the opening after Covid keep me missing home. Being to various international 5* , late booking due to international exhibition cause me to push to this local 3* but this hotel excel in personal experience to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I stayed for 6 nights and the room been neat and clean. I have to give special thanks to Mr. Subash Dahal. His attention and personal touch to my request had been detailed and sincere. Subash is an asset to AG Hotel. Keep it up. Looking forward to my next stay with AG Hotel Abu Dhabi. A 7 stars service, 3 stars room making it a 5 stars review!

Professional staff and good service! Nice place and good located! Vishnu was very kindly and Professional! Just a small thing ! The red color of the room was very shiny ! Thank you !

The customer service very bad and they didn't respect the customer they are cancelling the booking only because we didn't provide hard copy of the Emirates ID and they didn't accept the online copy from the government application
First he deducted the money and accepted the driving license and after we paid he noticed that the license expired and when we gave him the online emiid he did not accept and he cancelled the booking, you should train the people the front desk to respect the customer we came from ajman and we couldn’t find place to take rest just because the employee didn't accept the online e copy of the Emirates ID he need the hard copy this is strange how they are dealing with the people and now the charges will return to the account after 10 days so why we have to take responsibility of the employee mistakes always and everywhere client is right but here in this hotel no respect and front desk employee is right

We booked here because we had an interview online, we needed an affordable place to stay with gokd wifi. We called the hotel ahead of time that we will be needing a room with good wifi reception and we needed to check in early. The receptionist said that she will do the best that she can and immediately endorsed to hotel staff to clean the room before 10am. When we arrived we were accommodated rightaway and had a smooth transaction. They met our expectations so we appreciated this hotel.
