Called into the Middlesbrough retail branch on the trunk road today for a dental repair kit, when I got there I was met by the store manager who greeted me with a smile and then kindly showed me to the aisle where the kit was, he was so helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure to visit the store which was following all the government guidelines during this lockdown period we are in. I would like to thank him and his staff and wish them well through these times. Take care. Mark

Cannot thank the pharmacist and manager of boots store enough for helping me out yesterday my daughter is on hypoallergenic milk due to a milk allergy and my pharmacy didn't have any in stock so I had to phone 111 multiple times to try and get her prescription sent else where, the system was down so no pharmacies could give me her milk and I had 2 bottles worth left! The pharmacist pulled a lot of strings for me and gave me her milk I honestly don't know what I would of done without him I can't thank him enough and will definitely be giving him praise next time I see him, as for the manager he took the time out to speak to me personally and apologise for the inconvenience the system had caused which was no fault of his own, these people need the praise they deserve! ????

The pharmacy staff are always attentive and helpful if you are stuck! Highly, recommended!!
