Great collections of jewellery. Good price tag. Compare to other jewellers you can get some discounts on making charges. Over all experience is good being a regular buyer from the jeweller.

Poor customer service..went to buy a chain there...since all were busy in attending other customers we were waiting for our turn..but atleast they should have the courtsey to say that we will serve u after this customer...but no one cared to say a word..we left the shop and went nearby shop & purchased.

Have been buying gold from this shop for a long time. Really good quality of gold and professional Staff. Management is also really good.
Would highly recommend this place if planning to buy gold. Please check for Mr. Haneef when you come here.

Had a great experience with Ajanta Jewellers. They do the jewellery evaluation for USA and Canadian immigration purposes. I had to get my jewellery evaluation done urgently for Canadian immigration visa, even though he had other commitments he made time to get the evaluation done on a quick notice.
The entire process was very smooth and documentation was detailed and proper.
Mr.Anirudh is a knowledgeable and cordial person and I would highly recommend his services.

Didn't have to wait in line at all, walked straight to the check out. The member of staff was pleasant enough and returned shortly with my item from the back.

Excellent customer service re an x box game, which I incorrectly ordered in the first place, subsequently not in stock. The manager on Monday 31/10/22 went out of her way to resolve the issue, to the satisfaction of all. Thank you.

Visited this store today under customer service instruction and after consulting tech services to return a faulty phone! I went complete with the order number and the call reference I was told I would need? The girl on the counter was fine and asked me for my receipt? I explained you don't give receipts and my receipt is in an email I cannot access as I am returning this phone but I have just given you the order number and call reference! At this point another female who I assume was manageress jumped in saying I will deal with this? I can only give a gift card! Fine I said I only want an exchange anyway? She said I will try to find your order but can't promise, nope I can't find anything under this number? ???? Amazing customer service can? What's your phone number on this account? I don't know? Nope that's not correct? She then claims the phone has impact damage and during this process handles my phone without gloves then shoves it back at me with a look on her Face like I had done wrong!Refuses to refund then as I'm leaving shouts for everyone to hear I have the last say in store sir! This woman should not be dealing with the public never mind being a manager? Will not use this store again as this isn't the first bad experience I have had!

People are quick enough to complain but not always quick enough to praise, when required. I purchased a sat nav 11 months ago that recently stopped working, I purchased a new lead to see if that would help but to no avail. I'm not one for taking items back but I did have a automatic years warranty with it when purchased. Argos took it back and replaced it, no questions asked. It was not in stock, so one was ordered and I received a text later in the day asking me to pop back into the store to collect the item. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Although only 1 click and collect item (paid for) I had to stand in the grocery cue for about 50 minutes. Only 1 person per family, so found it difficult to move a fairly heavy item on my own. Should have had it delivered, but needed item a.s.a.p.

We bought a tv for our foster child at Christmas & as it was a DVD combo we put in the DVD but it wouldn't operate at all. My husband went in to Argos ( inside Sainsburys ) Broughty ferry to explain situation & was advised to return it. He went back in today & was met with total arrogance & rudeness from the manager. We would have been happy to replace it but after the unprofessional attitude a refund was requested. I have been a regular customer in this store but will definitely not be back & I will pass my unhappiness on to my family & friends. Disgusted !!!!

Despite having reserved and bought the item through Argos that wasn't enough proof that I had bought the item there, so they wouldn't accept a return!?
Very unhelpful, suspicious staff.
Argos now sell the item for £10 more than I paid so I'll make a profit putting it on eBay. Idiots

Clean store with loads in stock. Supermarket cafe and toilets available on site.

Friendly efficient staff. One guy saw me struggling with a new purchase and went out of his way to help. Only problem is avoiding spending a fortune in the attached Sainsbury store.
