Disgusting service from a company we have used for years, but thats your reward for loyalty. Waited for a taxi last night, but for reasons unknown as we were bang on time they had given our taxi away to someone else. Phoned them up only to be told "deal with it" and had the phone slammed down. My money will be lining another taxi service from now on.

So after being let down last minute by a local other taxi firm I rang Aeros and arranged a pick up for midnight. My location was in the middle of nowhere, but the driver went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't stranded and took me home safely. I will definitely be using Aero again, thank you!

Brilliant service drivers are very friendly. Fares are reasonable aswell. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a taxi.

The below review was 6 months ago, I have just tried to use the service again for tomorrow and was told no and the phone was put down on me. So rude.

Punctual and had a polite friendly driver and already pre booked next journey.

Fantastic firm. Great communication. We pre booked a taxi for a night out in Bham. We changed the time and the pick up point at different occasions. The operator was great, nothing was too much hassle and the driver was polite and courteous.

Very reliable firm with clean taxis, we wouldn’t use anyone else.

I ordered a taxi, was told 25 to 30 minutes, so ordered a coffee whilst I waited. After 22 minutes I picked up phone to check and saw I had 3 missed calls. I immediately called back to say I was coming out and apologised for missing calls. As I stepped out the door, another couple stepped into the taxi. The driver simply told me to call office as he’d taken another job and had called me 3 times. I explained that I was informed it would take 25 minutes. I was left with no taxi. Disgusting service

Good service, drivers are usually on time. Book in advance for rainy days or airports as they can be very busy during rush hours. Recommend for cannock area.
