The reception employee lady must be fired, she does not even know how to speak to the customer she was very rude to me and my guitar students as per them,
and the af Music teacher and technicians they are not working honestly they did not do anything to my guitar but charge me 180AED when i found out that they disappeared. they used bad spare parts and materials to repair my guitar, then when i ask cashier lady employee about that she was shouted me and also i paid by my debit card but they did not give me a invoice when i was asked about that they said they need another 20AED for the bill
Do not ever go to this place

Even if there would be a zero rating I would be very happy for it to give zero rating.
Very bad customer service. That old lady on the front desk was very rude no respect towards customer. I will never ever visit this place although
I will never recommend any of my friends who is interested in music instrument.
Don’t waste your time and money on this shop.
You are great & will get more respectful place towards customers in other shops for sure.

Actually it’s a zero star! I just cant post it without ticking the star. Really had bad experience this indian guy!!!! I was just asking help to open the battery box in may taylor guitar. Then he put WD 40. He said that he is hundred percent that it will open. I didn’t really want him To put that chemical and the chemical was spilled inside my guitar. Please AKM If you dont know how costly and valuable other guitars dont do to others!!!!!!!!!! You dont know anything. The wood of the guitar will get damage! So went to other music and they told me not to put that kind of chemical. Please AKM DONT DO THIS TO YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS PLEASE. VERY IGNORANT!

Bad customer service. I had gone to fix my guitar and they failed to complete it within their promised deadline which is okay but again asked to come again and it was still not complete.

After that again we went two days later with a promise of a discount of AED 20 by the owner.

The staff at the counter (Filipino Lady) was not willing to check on my discount with the owner and was arogant and rude claiming that she can only give a discount of AED 10.
Although the owner had given a discount of AED 20 the lady further added VAT on the discount.

Honestly, would not go back here and wouldn't recommend the store to friends and family.

Absolutely correct, the old lady is not friendly at all and is not suited for a Music shop. Kindly provide more friendly and helpful faces. Most employees over there have dry and unfriendly attitude which Mr Khan needs to review and keep more qualified and welcoming staff.

I've had many experiences where the women behind the counter would consistently become ignorant, one day I wanted to change a guitar, i was told it is possible over the phone but then when I came to the store they said no and were being very ignorant and getting angry, until their boss came and told me that he will agree to take the guitar but decrease alot of the price it costs. Would not come back unless if the staff treated customers in a more considerable way
