This is such a busy surgery yet the reception staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Sure, there can be a fair wait when calling, but that is every doctors surgery you call these days.
Every nurse and doctor I’ve seen here has also been exemplary. I’m amazed they manage to stay so positive with the current state of underfunding nationwide. Thanks to the team for always looking after me.

In this day and age of bringing down gp surgeries with bad reviews, I wanted to share my recent experiences. Both of my children visited a couple of weeks ago and I only have good things to report on the efficiencies and politeness of the staff. We are due another appointment tomorrow and the staff have gone above and beyond to answer any queries in the mean time and resolve any issues surrounding appointments.
I have used the nhs app as well as phoning and always get a prompt reply.
The dr we saw listened to my concerns and was keen to hear my thoughts as a mum regarding any ongoing issues rather than a ‘quick prescription and out the door’.
I am happy we are in the best place and the staff are lovely.

My family and I have been with Aitune for over 30 years. We have always found everyone to be knowledgeable, helpful and polite and we are very grateful for their support during difficult times for us and also during difficult and demanding times for them. Thank you from us all.

Phoned at 5.45 to query 94 Yr old prescription to be in position 3 at 7pm at position 1 for 10 minutes I gave up.
I will be speaking to the practice manager tomorrow, this is unacceptable

Amazing , got an appointment on the same day on one occasion and then on the 2nd occasion they offered me an appointment the next day. Very friendly staff and very easy to book an appointment!

My children and I have had nothing but excellent care from the whole team at Aitune. My only niggle, which I am sure is not unique to this practice, is the difficulty in getting through on the phone to make an appointment - however, this morning I used an online appointment request form, which was very straightforward and much easier than calling. They have clearly listened to patient feedback and sought a solution. Keep it up Aitune and thank you for all your hard work in such difficult times.

Getting through via telephone is hit and miss, it's possible to be waiting for over an hour until someone picks up to speak to you, that could be due to how busy the surgery can be tho. I've often been advised by the chemist to go over to Aitune about a prescription not showing and each time the receptionist has been great, friendly and helpful and arranged for my prescription to go through for collection without any fuss.
They're a credit to the surgery, I can't fault them.

Impossible to get through to on the phone. Have been the same for years now and never an improvement. Been on hold for ages this evening trying to get through and then surprise surprise, at 6.35 they cut me off! Surely if I'm in a queue way before you close then this should still get answered? I'm sure I'll get the standard reply that you're updating your phone system, but you've been saying this for months. I will have to find time to come in to the surgery to make my appointment I suppose as it feels like I will never get through to you.
