Poor customer service, incorrect information and unprofessional work. The price they gave us over the phone was completely different than what we ended up paying for their mirror. when they were told that the price is not what we received from them, they started arguing trying to prove us wrong. When the mirror arrived from their factory, it had scratches all over, I tried to return it, but instead of them apologizing, they were trying to convince me that it's a good mirror and the scratches won't show.
I recommend people to look around in the same area for better and more professional Glass factories that can handle orders properly and be professional at what they do.

As a support worker, I use this taxi company almost every week and they have never failed to show up however, tonight, I was standing for 40 minutes with a client who has mobility issues, and suffers with sore legs when standing for too long. I called the service just for an update and the operator was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I suppose some people are just not meant to work with the public.

Taxi arrived on time which was really good but they need to enable card payment. It was stressful getting money via atm and deduction from atm is not fair.

Ordered night before for airport, actually spoke to a person lol arrived exactly on time, very pleasant lady Lorraine helped with all bags very chatty which I like rather than sitting in awkward silence txt with ref and colour of car within minutes of arrival

Worst taxi company about! Phoned for a taxi waiting outside my friend's house at 1am. I waited half an hour before I phoned to asked where it was and if it was still coming. The operator was rude to me and told me my car had been and gone. I said to her that I was standing in the middle of the road on a one way street and there hasn't been any cars stop or pass. She got angry with me and accused me of being drunk and that I should pay more attention. I had to wait another half an hour for a different company to pick me up. Absolutely shocking behaviour !

Abysmal service. Very disappointed. Was told my car would arrive in 5 mins. Waited half an hour. Looking out the window facing the carpark. Car never arrived. Called again. Told the car had been there and I never showed. LIES! I was staring at the carpark for 30 minutes. Windows wide open never heard a sound. Called again. Told me I was lying. Shockingly bad service. Do not use these people.
