Have never stayed here but have regularly eaten at the on site pub, the Traveller's Rest.
The food is outstanding.

A lovely place great club house. For seasonal pitches if you want to spend a lot of time that won't happen, you can stay the odd weekend don't expect to stay for a week or 2 or longer you will be ask to pay a contractor fee of £75 per person. The person that runs it is a very rude person bordering on bullying. I would love to say more but have to be cautious these days however maybe something not right going on there

Showers are filthy and charged for the experience. There not cleaned (as I left a tag and hair. This was still here 3 weeks later.) Nothing around. Site use to be great. Now only for the long term and the great unwashed.

Three adults spent three nights in a camping pod and we had a lovely time. The pod was clean and empty on arrival ready for use. The park is reasonably quiet and is well laid out. The toilet/shower blocks were clean and a £1 token for the shower gives ample time for a shower and hair washing. No issues at all and staff were friendly and helpful. I am sure we will stay there again.
