The Carnegie Parish Hall has the Community Council offices at the rear. We have few staff so if a lady is on her own sometimes for safety the door is locked. You can knock the door and if a member of staff is available they will open the door. Alternatively you can ring the offices first and make an appointment. The bustop is outside front entrance.
