This is quite a big store with plenty of parking for free for two hours very generous and plenty of parking for disabled and mother and child spaces including a fuel station and a local bus stop to the side. It also sells garden plants and car screen wash containers ect and that's before you enter the store then I found it a great store inside with food /cloths alcoholic drinks and soft drinks and juice's and house hold goods the usual stuff a big tesco store would sell

Probably the worst experience of a ridiculous alcohol policy I have come across. I am 45 and my daughter 19 but couldn’t buy alcohol because my 13 year old daughter was with us! Asked how they would know she was my child so provided proof for all of them although this seemed daft and still the answer was no. Spoke to management who couldn’t overturn the decision despite his face looking like it was a silly decision in the first place and the girls serving when asked when when my daughter could return on her own to buy it laughed and said ‘that’s your problem’! That’s customer service for you.

What’s the difference between Tesco in Chepstow and Tesco in Spytty ? Answer about 10pence a litre……. Absolute rip off in their fuel prices, why is it so much cheaper just up the road in Spytty

Very clean, easyplace to park disabled parking, well marked and close to entrance, all staff very friendly and a nice well presented store.

Unreal tesco, very well stocked and heat, very helpful lady at self service, makes the English stores look like rubbish, best shopping experience I've ever had.

Store was fine, nothing special. Had a good range when items are in stock. Not the usual layout of a Tesco, but not the end of the world. Most helpful part was getting fuel as there was no queue

Have been overcharged 3 weeks running on Cravendale milk, ticket price £2.35, Till price £2.60, 15 minutes to get my 0.25p refund, can't get refunded for previous weeks, as have binned receipts. The amount of times this has happened to me with different products in Tesco's is huge. I was told that Tesco's relies on customers informing them if the price is wrong! we really shouldn't have to?

No, they want to con us more.
