Would give no stars if I could! Booked the night before and they didn't even bother turning up! Shocking company. Would avoid at all costs!

Excellent company with great service and two very nice drivers. We used them in September 2019 for two journeys between West Auckland and Bishop Auckland and couldn't fault them in any way. The cars arrived before the requested time and were actually waiting for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use them for great service, clean and comfortable cars and very friendly drivers.

My daughter had a very important appointment with a doctor.
Booked taxi over an hour before we needed it.
It didn't turn up at the booked time.
They waffled a bit on the phone about who took the call and they had the wrong address. Then he said he would Come and pick us up. He didn't even bother coming.
If he had said he couldn't come, I could have phoned a different company. But no, stood on the doorstep in the wind for half an hour.
They only get one star cause I can't put zero.
Won't be using them again.

Why do taxis claim to be 24 hours yet don't answer their phone.. Absolute misleading advertising... Poor for a so called reliable service

Needed taxi for short trip to hotel. Arrived in time in a huge van. We were 2 seniors. Driver never got out to help with lifting our bags onto seat or to assist up the huge step. Van stunk of smoke. Slider door needed to be slammed shut, he refused to help, said Oh you can manage! Arrive at hotel, no help getting down or out. Never even got out for payment, had to go to him!

How I wish I had thought to just walk away, that would have made him run. Horrible man! 1 star is too many!

After being let down by another taxi firm Aabat Taxis arrived within ten minutes from making the booking! Driver turned up and was polite, really friendly and talkative. Will be taking my business there for sure!
