disappointing service / worst costumer service.
they took the Ac motor and they told us they will fix and return after 2 days. but 1 week pass still not fix.

The service is very disappointing ... We called them for the maintainance of AC before 10 days and until now there is no response from there side....And the problem is not yet solved.

Bought a Nissan Juke Nismo with just less than 60k on the clock. I did 5k within 5 month and the clutch started going. For a start sent it with an SD card for the sat nav and the free 6 month warranty was a waste of time. Full clutch kit cost me £1900 out of my money. Shocking. Thats what my brake discs looked like when i received the car. Disgracefull

Had my car now nearly 7 months, had a few mild problems which they fix for me, had no problems with the car since, recently pass it mot and had a service. I am very happy with the help and service they gave me and even test drive it as well. I would recommend to check out world of cars. (martin wilson - London Road)

**Update - had the car 12 months now, still going strong, warranty ran out 6 months ago but not had anything needed on it...

I have so much credit for these guys they are so friendly and helpful, especially Mark he went above and beyond to help with my old car and to purchase my new car with them. The car is in such a nice condition. I definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

Can't fault world of cars. Had my car 15 months now. Great car. The air conditioner had a leaky valve when I first purchased it. You'd never would if known. Gas just went quickly. Fair play to the owner, he paid for a complete new A/c unit costing over 1k. Great customer service and for that reason I will use this place again this year when I want to upgrade my vehicle

Literally can not recommend this dealership enough. I picked a car of their website yesterday and 24 hours later, it is sitting outside my house over 100 miles from the dealership. The sales representative (Mark) went above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The car it self is immaculate and in superb condition. Thank you so much.

Bought a DS4 from this company. From the start of the process, Chris and Mark acted highly professionally and very helpful. The car was immaculate when i arrived to collect it and Mark gave me the keys so i could perform my own inspection whilst he sorted out the paperwork. Warranty, MOT, Tax and 200miles of fuel and an amazingly clean car.
3500 miles and a month later, the car is still 100%. No complaints whatsoever.
Would definitely use this firm when buying another car. Thanks guys

Pretty embarrassing from the start. I had held off leaving a review for 4 months so everything is fixed.

Good points first - car is okay, at the time of buying the car there was no pressure and overall started ok.

When we came back (we live an hour away) the details had been set up for us to purchase it in the wrong name. (Warranty, v5c) however we needed the car so we reluctantly agreed and they promised us they would get this changed.

The car flagged up an issue which world of car's did resolve.

Then began the 4 month battle to get a refund for the change of name for the V5C and to correct the details in the warranty which we were unable to use for 3 months.

This is something that could have been fixed in 5 or 6 weeks if world of cars had responded to my emails & phonecalls. Still awaiting the reimbursement for the V5C change.

Take your business elsewhere, don't bother here

Chris was friendly and professional and had a lot of knowledge and experience.

The dealership had a great range and selection of cars.
