Pathetic useless company...promise a collection..dont pitch up 5x now . As an owner of a bnb ...we will now stop using as the service is non existing. Have a habit of taking bookings and then dont answer their calls ...I would avoid !!!

Always punctual, some of the drivers don't bother speaking but most are nice

Booked a Taxi and after 10minutes past the booked time, we phoned them up and was told. "Oh. It's not coming, we don't have the cars."

If they didn't have the drivers available why take the booking in the first place.

No Phone call to say "We don't have any cars available unfortunately."

Nice of them to let people know they're not coming.

Since the management has changed. The company has improved massively. Quick service with reasonable fair. Friendly drivers. Highly recommended

The taxi was on time and the controller was polite and helpful and taxi driver was pleasant and polite

ownership recently changed. very good service with reasonable prices. you can talk to the drivers easily if you are on long journeys.

Worst cab service. I booked a cab and it hasn't even come, I then phoned them asking why and they said they aren't able to send a car out, because of this I was absent for a meeting, waiting for a cab which was booked and was supposed to come, terrible service
