Am a frequent visitor to Pitlochry from County Antrim. I have been in this shop in a number of occasions; staff are friendly, courteous, very helpful and informative. A pleasure to shop here. Will happily return to the Paper Shop on my next trip.

Very rude lady served me, I should have just left the stuff and walked out. I agree with previous reviewers horrible atmosphere in this shop. Don't understand why you'd be like that to your customers? The lady serving was especially rude to my children when they were looking at the toys, they were being well behaved, there was no reason for it. If you don't like children then don't sell toys!

First off we are not locals but we regularly use this shop and have to say the negative reviews are totally unfounded this is an excellent little shop and all the Ladies who work there are exceptionally friendly and helpful claims they are twice the price of other shops in Pitlochry is nonsence while true the co-op and wh Smith might be slightly cheaper for some products it's no different from any other local corner shop in this respect I think the Paper shop is an asset to the area and will continue to support local businesses

Used this shop a couple of times whilst on holiday. Fantastic choice and friendly staff.

Very expensive, most products cost about 50% more than in other shops. The staff is really unfriendly.

The atmosphere in this shop was fairly uncomfortable, as well as the staff, which was highly unprofessional.
