Very bad customer service from the sales staff at house hold section today evening.
We bought ( a stainless steel tray) she just put it after scanning the price, without packaging, she kept a plastic bag next to it, I tried to pack it, but the bag is small, i showed her it wouldn’t fit, she said yes I know, i told her since u know why u kept it with our item!
She said not available here bigger ones, asking me to go upstairs to get one, i said is this my part to do?!! U need to call any sales assistants to do so , she refused and ignored, my husband got nervous with her reply, he asked her to return the item if no package, she said ok , she left us downstairs, she went up to customer service, came back to us in rude way saying to u : u can now go to customer service for return!!! I told from beginning u could go and assist us as customers, not doing so , she start to talk in her language ( which is rude and impolite)
We went to customer service, there was a guy in in staff dress he interfered with us in really strange way, then i came to know he is ( IT STAFF)
Which I don’t if at ur shop IT staff are the one solving customer’s issues.. very bad experience, very bad shopping time, we will never come back and we will never advise any friends to do so.. your staff needs courses at customer services before being at this place… ????????????????????????????????

That old building stands for a lot of things to do. A lulu superhero is based inside, as well a money exchange store, phone accessories shop, and much more. The facility has free parking lots at the backside.
Also its one street away from khalifa street.
the building is facing a lot of utility and food stores from the frontside.

It's like Indian Dmart where you get everything, can't say all items at best price but still good to have shopping most of the items if you're a traveller and don't want to roam around for small items, thought there are many more similar Stores but this one I found a better one.
