Will not use again, after the shocking service aka not being acknowledged or communicated properly with and after an hour and a half of waiting and £18.70 out of pocket I was then told one item isn’t in stock.

1. Should have made me aware the average wait time was 1 hour I’d have taken my script elsewhere 2. Should have upfront said not in stock come back tomorrow for the lot, would have saved an utterly pointless 1.5 hour wait. Won’t use again. Avoid.

There's never enough staff on here. I only get my prescriptionso made out here if I've come straight out of seeing GP because you can wait ages just for someone to take your prescription - let alone actually dispense it. You can see staff in the back and they can see you, but they ignore you. I was so pleased when this first opened up thinking it would be ideal, but after waiting 20 minutes+ for them to find my medication I gave up and now go to Cockerton pharmacy

Service is slow even when they are well staffed. Opening hours on hope are innaccurate and even though we order the same items at the same time every month, they are frequently out of stock.

Shame you can't give half a star. The staff are so slow!! Waited 48hrs before trying to collect to try and avoid the queue, still waited 45mins for my medication. Absolutely rediculous

As previous reviews state regards staff. No answering of phone calls! Last week called for a prescription waiting 20 minutes whilst pharmacist had a personal conversation with someone that had come to collect a personal item! And now needing meds find chemist shut yesterday and today! Appreciate its jubilee, nothing on voicemail (no voicemail!) , to give opening times! If they say it’s on the door no hood for people who order online as is the preferred from Drs!!!!!

Only giving it one star because I can’t give zero. Every time I try and collect a prescription in here I’m waiting sometimes for over an hour with no explanation or apology. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered my prescription over a week ago which should be delivered to my home, nothing received. My daughter on her day off checked the website to see the opening hours which showed open to drive though from Middleton St George to find it all locked up! Not acceptable really for an 86 year old who is reliant on medication!

Could probably do with the staff learning that they need to move out of ear shot of customers when giggling about them, or perhaps considering that they aren’t aware of any patients situations or circumstances when they decide to talk about them in between dispensing medicine..
