Bus was overboarded with outsiders during the journey.
No ownership taken by their representative or office to sort out above issues.
Sincere advise to strictly refrain from using this tour operator to avoid harassment and inconvenience.

Third class agency with extremely bad services and cheating pilgrims.
They ruined our complete Umrah trip with pathetic services provided.
- Third class hostel type hotels were provided with extremely poor services (No Wifi, No telephone in the room, no towels, no rooms services or anything).
- The provided hotels is actually a hostel for Bangladeshi bachelors, I went with family and was extremely unsecured as all the floors flooded with bachelors smoking in the corridors. (There is no one from this Travel agency to help or listen the grievance).
- Hotels provided is far away from Haram location
- While booking they showed us good hotels and picture but after reaching in Saudi the story is something else. Cheating customers !!!
- Bus driver is rude and has shouted almost on every passengers even on an 80 years old guy who was unable to get down from the bus as fast as he wants. The driver hit the old man from back (that's utterly bad).
- No help of support in Makkah and Medina by this agency. You will be left on your own to struggle.
Never recommend anyone unless you want to ruin your holy trip with lot's of anger and bad memories.

Poor guidance, bad transport and dirty hotels for stay in KSA. Only single bus driver Arabic guy who was very rude towards all the passengers.
They charge extra for local zyarath.
NEVER GO WITH THEM.
