This village resort is one of the most beautiful apartments and place to go for lunch or dinner! There are 3 pools and 2 great gyms! There is a big market and parks!

Because the villas look nice outside but they are inhabitable due to the pipes problems and poor Maintanace. The pictures can describe what we live every day. The villas are inhabitable managment is negligent to pay attention to important complaints that can affect the health of people who live in the complex. The place is not safe the garages can't be open because the risk of Assaults to the house. No gym for tenants unless purchasing membership in Al Forsan sports. We tried to negotiate leaving the villa but all complaints are ignored. Very bad place for children no safety, the roads are crowed with cars. In general one of the worse compounds to live in Abu Dhabi. Now I can explain why more than 70% of the place is empty other than those who are giving by their employers, but the ones we pay or purchase like use we want to leave the place.

High end/up scale place inside Khalifa City...nice gated community especially for expats and locals

A very dangerous place to live in!

I have reported water leakage several time and they just came to take photo of the place and recently the roof fell, luckily it did not hurt me or my family. Also water leakage came to the stairs and luckily again nobody got hurt.
So many issues are in the house and they do not respond to them. However only after the ceiling fell they started to take baby step action.
Btw, the ceiling was never fixed!
My store was flooded with water and all what they did was taking pictures as if I opened a show room for them to study the house.

For the past 3 months I keep getting electricity issue, AC issue, water heater issue (I had to take cold water shower) and water was not clean. These issue were going back and forth and were not resolved professionally.

Such a headache now going to this town square mall. Upper floor entrance is closed, you need to park in the basement and use one entrance only. It’s very inconvenient with the shopping trolley or with kids, since there is no proper pedestrian way or enough space in the parking to walk properly to your car.
Security is extremely rude. Not helpful. One shouted at a pregnant lady with a toddler who used the elevator which as for now is apparently only reserved for handicapped people.
I avoid this mall wherever I can until the restrictions are over.
